We were born from the frustration
of clinic owners

Working with aesthetic clinics we saw how owners were losing tens of thousands of PLN a month — not because of bad ads, but because they had no system to handle leads.

Our story

2024. Piotr, our CEO, was running Meta Ads campaigns for a network of aesthetic clinics in the Tri-City area. The clinic was spending PLN 8,000 a month on ads and acquiring 120 leads. The problem? Reception had been handling them through Messenger and Excel for 4 months.

At some point we counted how many leads had gone without any contact — 40%. The clinic was literally throwing PLN 3,200 a month away on leads that nobody was calling.

We looked at the available CRMs. They were either too complex (Salesforce, HubSpot), too generic, or had no Meta Ads integration. None understood the specifics of an aesthetic clinic — funnels, treatment packages, WhatsApp follow-ups.

We decided to build it ourselves. {brand} is the CRM that understands aesthetic clinics — not a real estate agency or e-commerce store.

Simplicity

An aesthetic clinic is not a corporation. Our CRM is simpler than Salesforce because it needs to do one thing — convert ad leads into patients. No unnecessary modules, no weeks of configuration.

Effectiveness

We measure ourselves by a single number — how much more the clinic earns after implementing {brand}. All product decisions are made through that lens.

Partnership

We don't sell software and disappear. Every clinic has a dedicated manager who helps with onboarding, campaign configuration and interpreting results.

2024

First conversations with clinic owners. Discovered that 100% used Excel for leads.

Q2 2024

System prototype — 5 clinics in beta phase. Problem validation.

Q4 2024

Pre-seed closed. Product build begins.

Dec 2025

Official launch of {brand} v1.0. First paying clinics.
